Is a great place, our building was under remodel but that didn't disturb us much. The room was spacious and new yet nothing on the walls which made it feel blah. Was so much to do on site. We will come again after the remodel is complete.

This would have been a five-star review. The place is gorgeous and has every amenity imaginable. We really enjoyed our entire vacation. We went through the sales program as many do for the freebies. Ultimately we really liked the place enough that we were going to buy. My husband applied for everything and we purposely chose not to put me on any of the applications for financing. We explained that I was in the process of selling my house and did not want my credit score to change at all. They checked my credit score despite the fact that I was not the one applying for the financing. This was despite repeated statements to them that I was not the buyer and that my husband was the purchaser. I only was to go on the deed. This was dishonest in our opinion. If I was going to have my credit checked they should have told me so after being told repeatedly by us that I was not buying it and did not want my credit checked. Not once since they tell me that my credit would also be checked.

Visited here a couple times and we've loved the experience. Tons of things for the kids to do including.any swimming options. The rooms are updated, spacious and clean. We will definitely be back!

First class resort, first class service and best value around . Room was spacious and well appointed, clean and comfortable. Special mention of Paul (Bar) James (Food) for your time they spent with us and both are great ambassadors to your company.

I am a owner. The quality of the offering is excellent. And will get better. Because it gives a homemade flavor and good price in each unit for anyone to explore. I did have a issue this time. I experience a medical emergency and was taken into hospital and needed care for over my stay period vacation with my children. I was offered a opportunity to keep my rental unit before 3 additional days. Which was good. I am just getting back to my home at 12pm as I write this note and wanted to be as transparent as possible. The price offered was better than a motel or hotel nightly price. But I believe it should have been better. To ease the family and their immediate impact. I hope to get it address at a later date as I recovery to be a useful owner assuring my privilege. Blessings

Great place to vacation for the whole family...activities for all to enjoy and free shuttle to Disney and Universal Studios or a short drive to these attractions.

Pools and hot tubs were great. Rooms were clean but our room had no kitchen towels, tea kettle and garbage bags. They did bring the items to the room for us. Game room with pool table was good. They had activities for kids and then some of their activities had a charge (saw the kids coming out of room with really nice stuffed animals that they made for a reasonable fee). Some outdoor activities needed some fixing but u still could use them.

Decent stay at nice facility. Lots to do with children between mini-golf, swimming, sports, and water play areas. Additional event info depending upon time of stay. Room was spacious and master bath nice. Pillows are big and less squishy so may be prepared if you prefer a less bulky pillow and lay flat on back. Room was clean and avg utensil supply, etc. Our experience was okay as the room was 4 hrs or so late on being ready. Parking can be limited if returning late in the evening. Mostly friendly staff. 2 primary food dining locations with mostly American and Italian options. Publix grocery nearby with access from resort. Note: Very persistent and high pressure sales team, albeit friendly. Facility is credit only. May stay again if in area.
